
Chairman
Mr. Capron serves as Chairman of Falcon Southwest and oversees all property acquisitions, while playing
an active role in asset management. He also serves as the relationship manager for the firm’s key institutional
clients and partners, and has negotiated the acquisition, disposition and development of several hundred million
dollars of commercial real estate. Previously, Mr. Capron was a Senior Managing Director of Kennedy-Wilson,
overseeing the company’s 150-employee Southern Division (1999-2003). He was President of the SynerMark Companies
(1995-1999), President of Charter Management Company (1986-1995), and the General Manager of Murray Properties
Limited Partnership of Austin, San Antonio, and Houston (1977-1986). He is the past President of the Austin
chapters of both the N.A.I.O.P. and Urban Land Institute. Mr. Capron holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from
The University of Texas at Austin and a Masters Degree in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin.
President
Mr. Eller serves as President of Falcon Southwest and oversees all asset management functions to ensure that
property acquisitions accomplish underwriting goals through aggressive supervision of the leasing and management
of the property. In addition, he oversees all equity partner financial reporting and loan compliance requirements.
Previously, Mr. Eller was a Regional Managing Director of Kennedy-Wilson, responsible for the asset management of a
portfolio valued at more than $300 million. He also served as a Vice President of SynerMark Development. Mr. Eller
holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
Vice President
Mr. Shaw serves as a Vice President for Falcon Southwest where he is responsible for acquisition efforts in
several major Southwest markets. He also assists in the asset management of the firm’s commercial portfolio and serves
as one of the primary underwriters for potential property acquisitions. Mr. Shaw has been involved in the acquisition,
disposition, development and financing of more than $750 million of commercial and multi-family properties located in
numerous cities across the country. Mr. Shaw was previously employed with Kennedy Wilson in Austin and Transworld Properties
of Houston. He was involved with numerous commercial property acquisitions, financial analysis, development of new projects
and asset management at both of those firms. Mr. Shaw holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the
University of Texas at Austin.
Controller
Mrs. Fletcher serves as the Controller for Falcon Southwest. In this
capacity, Mrs. Fletcher is responsible for all financial reporting for the
property investments and the company. Prior to joining Falcon Southwest,
Mrs. Fletcher was Assistant Controller for Kennedy Wilson in Austin, Texas,
where she was responsible for the financial reporting for a number of property
investments and also for software training and general accounting
troubleshooting. Mrs. Fletcher holds a Bachelor of Business
Administration (Accounting) from Southwest Texas State University in San
Marcos, Texas.
